Michael Seaman
Professional Landscape Architect

Direct:  262.250.4360

Cell:      262.894.7246

University of Wisconsin-Madison: B.S. Landscape Architecture; Certificate in Environmental Studies

Mike is a Registered Landscape Architect (RLA), which means he is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as an expert in his field. This professional credential recognizes that Mike has the proper educational background and was eligible for and passed the national registration exam. This license separates Mike from "landscape designers" who do not have extensive formal education in landscape architecture nor do they hold a professional license.

Areas of Expertise/Specialization

Mike offers complete commercial and residential design/build services, with a special focus on outdoor room development, mix-use development, storm water management and erosion control.

Mike joined DJFLCI immediately after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture. His formal training included both technical applications and specialized field work so he is able to coordinate and direct our crews, as well as work side-by-side with them, to insure the client’s desired outcome.

Mike’s responsibilities at David J. Frank include the design, development and management of both commercial and residential landscape projects. With experience on a variety of projects, from initial design to the final detail, Mike works closely with his clients to make the landscaping process smooth and successful.

Landscape Portfolio for Michael Seaman, RLA

"No two projects are the same and should never be approached as such. Knowing and understanding that each project is unique and different, I customize my approach and the design. This allows for all of the client’s needs and wants to be addressed while creating a design that is tailored to a specific site. This is your project and I want you to enjoy its development and the end result."
