Full-time landscape openings:

• $1,000 Technician bonus will be paid in five increments: $200 after 14 days (new), $200 after 90 days, $200 after 180 days, $200 after one year, and $200 after 18 months.
• $2,000 crew leader bonus will also be paid in five increments: $400 after 14 days (new), $400 after 90 days, $400 after 180 days, $400 after one year, and $400 after 18 months.
• Bonuses are extended to our Team Members’ immediate family members.
• All referrers will also receive one day of PTO after the person they referred completes their first day on the job.
