Do I need landscaping experience to apply?
No experience? No problem. We provide paid training to help you succeed. All you need is a positive attitude and a strong work ethic—we’ll teach you the rest.
Where are your jobs located?
We offer career opportunities across southeastern Wisconsin, with offices and job sites in Germantown, Milwaukee, Madison, Kenosha, Brookfield, and Glendale, as well as the surrounding North Shore communities.
What types of jobs are available?
We hire for a wide range of roles, including landscape construction, landscape maintenance, interiorscape and holiday décor, snow and ice management (seasonally), and office positions such as accounting, sales, marketing, and operations.
Open positions vary throughout the year, so we encourage candidates to check current listings regularly.
Are these outdoor jobs year-round?
Many outdoor roles are seasonal, with peak work during the growing season. During winter months, opportunities may include holiday décor, snow and ice management, or other seasonal work depending on availability. Some positions are year-round.
Is there room to grow within the company?
Absolutely. Many of our crew leaders, supervisors, and managers started in entry-level roles. We’re committed to promoting from within and offer training, mentoring, and clear career paths for those who want to grow.
What are the hours like?
Hours vary by position and season.
- Production and field roles typically run Monday–Friday, around 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Office positions generally follow a more traditional business-day schedule.
- We understand the importance of work–life balance and strive to offer flexibility when possible, especially for parents and caregivers.
- Some seasonal roles (such as snow and ice management) may require flexible or on-call availability.
