DJF Named a Best Place to Work in Snow & Ice for the Fifth Year in a Row

DJF was honored as a Best Place to Work in Snow & Ice for 2023 from the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA) at the 26th Annual Snow & Ice Symposium in Hartford, Conn., on June 16. This is the fifth consecutive year we have received this national recognition.

The award recognizes companies in the snow and ice industry that are focused on being a great place to work and promoting the industry as one in which people can build successful and rewarding careers. Applicants were judged on demonstrated success in professional development and support, company culture, managerial effectiveness, personnel engagement, and trust in leadership.
